Zulip Onyx Integration

Export discussions from Zulip channels and topics to your Onyx knowledge base!

  • Instructions for all platforms

  1. Create a bot for Onyx. Make sure that you select Generic bot as the Bot type.

  2. Subscribe the bot to the Zulip channels that you want to export.

  3. Copy the bot's credentials by clicking the copy () icon under the bot's name.

  4. In Onyx, open the Admin Dashboard and select the Zulip Connector.

  5. Under Provide Credentials, paste the credentials that you copied above, and click Update.

  6. Set Realm name to the name of your Zulip organization, set Realm URL to https://chat.zulip.org, and click Connect.

Congrats, you're done! You should be able to index Zulip from your Onyx Connectors Dashboard!
